Volvo allows Bowman use of latest test data
Volvo Powertrain have agreed to allow Bowman the use of the latest Energy Recovery test data at Engine Expo 2009.
Following tests carried out by Volvo Powertrain on their new Euro VI engine with the Bowman TurboGen® product installed, Bowman has been provided with the test results in time to present on their stand at Engine Expo 2009 in Stuttgart, Germany on 16th to 18th June 2009. The data shows excellent fuel saving results of Volvo's Euro VI engine compared to their base Euro IV engine, i.e. an improvement in fuel consumption AND an improvement in tailpipe-out emissions to comply with the latest European proposal.
